Our products include personalized yantras, birth-chart reports, astrological reference guides, and personalized instruction PDFs.

All products covered by this policy are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products unless a separate physical product is explicitly listed on our website.

Your completed digital files will be delivered to the email address you provide when placing your order. No physical shipping address or international courier service is required for digital orders.

2. Digital Products

Depending on the product you purchase, your digital package may include:

• A personalized, high-resolution yantra PDF.

• A birth-chart interpretation report.

• A guide covering traditional astrological considerations.

• A personalized instruction PDF.

Our personalized yantra may be provided as a print-ready PDF formatted for a 36 × 36-inch design at 300 DPI, as specified in the product listing.

You can download and save your files, view them digitally, or print them using your preferred printing service.

Printing, framing, paper, ink, and physical delivery are not included unless expressly stated in a separate product listing.

3. Order Processing and Preparation Time

Some Mantrayogi products require individual preparation using the birth details and other information submitted by the customer.

For personalized yantras, the preparation process may include birth-chart analysis, traditional mantra selection, yantra design, mantra chanting, review, and compilation of the final digital package.

4. Delivery Method

Your completed digital product will be sent to the email address provided during checkout or the personalization process.

Depending on your order, delivery may include:

• PDF files attached to an email.

• Another electronic delivery method communicated to you.

The delivery method will depend on the product and file size.

You do not need to receive a physical package, and no courier tracking number will be generated for a digital-only order.

5. Delivery Confirmation

After your digital package has been prepared and sent, you may receive an email confirming that your order has been completed.

Delivery to your email provider does not necessarily mean that the message will appear in your primary inbox. Email filtering, storage limits, incorrect addresses, or provider-related delays may affect when you can see or access the message.

6. Incorrect Email Address

7. Missing or Delayed Digital Delivery

If you have not received your completed digital files within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation, please follow these steps:

1. Check your inbox, spam folder, junk folder, and promotions folder.

2. Confirm that the email address provided during checkout is correct.

3. Check whether your email account has sufficient storage space.

4. Contact Mantrayogi support if the files are still missing.

We will review your order status and investigate the issue.

If delivery has failed because of a technical problem or an error on our part, we will make reasonable efforts to resend the files or provide an alternative method of access.

If we cannot fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe, we will communicate the available options, including cancellation or a refund where appropriate under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

8. Downloading and Saving Your Files

Once your files have been delivered, we recommend downloading them and saving a backup copy to a secure location.

You may store your files on your personal computer, phone, external storage device, or personal cloud storage account.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account, downloading your files, and keeping backup copies.

If you lose access to your files, contact us with your order details. We will review reasonable requests for redelivery, subject to order verification, file availability, and applicable law.

Mantrayogi’s digital yantras are designed to be printed by the customer if desired.

You may print your yantra at home or through a professional printing service.

Actual print quality may vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, colour settings, and printing service.

Printing, framing, installation, and physical delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless a separate product listing expressly includes them.

10. International Customers

Mantrayogi may accept orders from customers in different countries, subject to the payment methods and availability shown on our website.

Because the products covered by this policy are digital, delivery is made electronically rather than by international post or courier.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees or transaction charges. These charges are outside our control and may be subject to the provider’s own terms.
